Job Description

A large technology support organization is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support GAF staff members. This individual will be responsible for providing deskside support and remote support to internal employees. This includes installing, repairing and troubleshooting workstations, printers, scanners, and routers/switches.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years' experience in IT Support

- Active directory experience - unlocking accounts, modifying group memberships, etc.

- Windows 10/11 knowledge

- Google suite knowledge - able to troubleshoot Google Docs, Google Meet, etc.

- Experience providing mobile device support - setting up emails on phones, troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues

- ServiceNow ticketing experience

- Reliable vehicle

- COVID Vaccinated
