Insight Global is looking for a Survey Director to join a growing engineering consulting company in the Baltimore, MD area. This woman-owned surveying company specializes in subsurface utility engineering, but this role would be leading their growing surveying department. The first few weeks of this role would include being introduced to all current business partners as the new Director of Surveying. The day-to-day would include:
- Regulating the pipeline of work
o This includes the management of no more than 6 people.
- Regulating business capacity
o This includes new hiring.
- Licensed Surveyor in Maryland.
- 5-10 years of similar experience.
- Ability to collaborate and work with the SUE team to understand the common mission.
- Responsible charge of survey work and time managing others.
- Preferred experience of companies that had other disciplines besides surveying.
- LS in D.C. or Virginia.
- Project Manager certification
