We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join the Machine Learning Operations team within an AI Center of Excellence at a Veterinary Services company. In this role, you will develop and deploy machine learning solutions. You will optimize models for deployment on cloud infrastructure and embedded hardware, implement scalable and efficient training procedures and integrate models into production systems. The Machine Learning Operations team supports all projects in the Center of Excellence, and you will contribute to high impact problems. The current team is located in Westbrook, ME and they are actively building one out in Frisco, TX. Candidates are expected to be on site 1-2 days per week.

- 2-3 years of Machine Learning experience within a Data Science team
- Experience coding pipelines and creating deployment packages
- Strong programming skills with Python and Spark
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with exceptional communication
