A large health care system in Maine is looking for a Technical Support resource to join their team based out of Dover-Foxcroft. The home base for the Tech will be Dover-Foxcroft but will have to travel as needed to other clinical sites for various projects. They will be helping with onsite tech support and set up at a brand new hospital in Greenville ME being built, deploying new equipment, replacing clinical equipment and PCs as another hospital converts their EHR system, PC refresh and basic troubleshooting, and any other technical support needed across their hospitals/primary care areas near Dover-Foxcroft area.
The role is 8AM EST - 430PM EST. The client has 10 member hospitals, a single physician-led medical group, eight nursing homes, and over 35 primary care locations. This role will require working inside hospitals and you must have proof of your Flu vaccine during Flu season (Nov-March) or wear a mask.
- 1-3+ years in IT (Desktop Support, Cabling Tech, Field Tech etc) in an enterprise environment
- experience troubleshooting hardware (mice, printers, scanners, etc)
- ability to carry/lift equipment
