Job Description
* Design, develop, and test electrical systems and equipment in accordance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Support the development of schematics and test circuits for prototyping efforts and testing prototypes to ensure product performance and quality.
* Design and layout PCBs, including component selection and debugging of prototypes.
* Provide manufacturing input and support by organizing component purchasing for PCBs with logistics department.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Conduct feasibility studies, risk analyses, and cost estimates to evaluate potential electrical engineering solutions.
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
* 8+ years of post-graduation experience in Electrical Engineering.
* Experience with Altium Designer and Altium Designer to Solidworks workflow; experience with Eagle or K CAD is a plus.
* Strong debugging and prototyping skills, including soldering, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, power supplies, and communication protocols.
* Experience with motor controls, testing hardware and software, and game engine integrations.
* Ability to read schematics and have an understanding of data structures.
* Strong organizational skills and documentation experience.
* Dynamic verbal and written communication skills.
* Collaborative and friendly problem-solver, who prioritizes teamwork and open communication.

* IEEE membership
* Familiarity with analog circuitry, power electronics, DC-DC boost converters, and battery BMS.
* Experience with customer-facing programs and application integration.
