Job Description
An Insight Global client is currently looking for an IT Technician to join the IT team. This person will mainly be responsible for responding to the needs of network users concerning their access to resources on the network and the operation of various software programs; remain abreast of changes in user and system software and hardware requirements; monitor and administer the network for the end users, keeping system information up-to-date in a network log. This individual will also update the operating system as required; load and update software applications as required; manage memory usage of the network, network printing, and network technical resources and Install and maintain peripheral equipment.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of IT support experience
- Experience installing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment.
-Experience working with network administration.
-Excellent written and verbal communication.

- A+, Network+, Microsoft, and/or Cisco certifications
