Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Site Logistics Manager to join a top energy company in Houston, TX, supporting the engineering, procurement, and construction of multiple hyperscale, mission-critical data centers across the United States. This individual will lead all site logistics operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely movement of materials, equipment, and personnel to support construction activities.
The Site Logistics Manager will develop and execute site logistics plans, oversee laydown areas, site access, traffic flow, material handling, and storage operations, and coordinate closely with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to align deliveries with construction priorities. This role serves as the central point of coordination for on-site logistics, supporting construction readiness, minimizing site congestion, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The Site Logistics Manager will also oversee logistics personnel, warehouse operations, lifting activities, and third-party service providers to maintain efficient project execution.

Required Skills & Experience
15-20 years of experience managing site logistics on large-scale construction, industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects
Proven experience developing and executing logistics plans for complex, high-activity, multi-contractor construction sites
Strong understanding of material handling, heavy lifting operations, warehousing, and construction sequencing
Experience coordinating closely with supply chain, procurement, construction, and field operations teams
Demonstrated experience managing site access, traffic control, laydown areas, and delivery coordination
Strong leadership experience supervising logistics personnel, drivers, and third-party service providers
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; OR 20+ years of field-based logistics management experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Data center or mission-critical facility construction experience
Certification in Construction Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
Training or certifications related to heavy lifting operations, rigging, warehouse management, or site traffic control
Experience supporting large-scale EPC or industrial construction projects
Familiarity with logistics software, material tracking systems, and construction planning tools
