Job Description
We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead front-of-house operations for a casual dining outlet in a large hospitality environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering a great guest experience while managing day-to-day restaurant performance.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations for the outlet
• Lead, coach, and support staff to ensure strong service and performance
• Step in as needed to cover staffing gaps or support events
• Manage:
o Scheduling, hiring, and performance
o Inventory ordering and tracking
• Ensure a high level of customer service and handle guest concerns
• Maintain compliance with company policies and all local/state regulations (health, safety, liquor)
• Support financial performance by helping manage budgets, costs, and profitability
• Partner with leadership and represent the F&B team in internal/external matters

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of front-of-house management experience (multi-unit or high-volume environment preferred)
• Background in restaurants, fast-casual, or food service operations
• Casino or hotel experience is a plus (not required)
• Experience with inventory management and ordering
• Proven ability to manage hiring, scheduling, and performance
• Hands-on leader with flexibility to jump in where needed
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
