Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. This job is not open to current law students or future law students. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in legal writing, discovery drafting, and responding to discovery. The candidate must have 3-5 years of litigation experience. This role involves supporting attorneys by drafting and responding to discovery, managing case files, and drafting legal documents. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Time management will be a key quality to have.
Day to Day:
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including discovery drafts, pleadings, and motions.
Manage case files and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date.
Perform data entry and maintain document management systems for efficient retrieval.
Interview clients and witnesses to gather necessary information for cases.
Provide executive administrative support to attorneys as needed.
Handle filing, transcription, and proofreading of legal documents.
Assist with project management tasks related to ongoing cases.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with legal standards.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
Experience working in a litigation firm, with strong familiarity with litigation processes and procedures.
Familiarity with federal law processes.
Proficient in legal research and case management data management.
Excellent writing skills with a focus on legal drafting and document review.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to communicate cross functionally with Partners and clients.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Consumer law exposure.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
