Job Description

Responsibilities:
Work with Active Directory Resources to schedule the migration of users desktops from their local network to the enterprise network.
Perform necessary tasks on users desktops to ensure a smooth migration (installing software, copying data, configuring settings, testing connectivity).
Provide technical support and guidance to users before, during, and after the migration process.
Troubleshoot any issues on users desktops or the enterprise network.
Document migration activities and report any problems or feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

At least two (2) years of experience in desktop support and maintenance.
Experience with Windows 10, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online services.
Familiarity with User Profile data.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
