Job Description

The objective of the Sales Development Representative is to develop sales efforts, build relationships with customers, and contribute to the overall success of the company. This is an entry-level position that offers excellent opportunities for career advancement and skill development.

Job Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Support and collaborate with senior sales team members to generate leads and prospects
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
Assist in creating and maintaining sales reports and databases

Required Skills & Experience

1. High School diploma or Equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.
2. Strong communication skills
3. Enthusiastic and customer-oriented attitude
4. Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
7. Willingness to learn and grow in a sales career
8. High energy individual
