Project Overview:
This project is a comprehensive IT infrastructure and security enhancement initiative. The client's goal is to bring this project completely in-house. Currently, it is managed by another company that has laid the groundwork. The client seeks to partner with this company and form a new team to take over and integrate the project fully. This will involve significant integration with other systems and applications, as well as collaboration with various third parties. The project consists of four components, with this being the first phase.
Objectives:
Upgrade the organizations IT capabilities.
Ensure secure and efficient operations.
Support the integration and management of various enterprise architecture components.
Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve computer system emergencies independently or with IT staff or end users.
Research and solve highly technical program, machine, data, or system software issues.
Provide expert advice on specialized application tools, hardware, software, or databases.
Train IT staff on databases, tools, techniques, and procedures for application maintenance and development.
Stay updated on new hardware and software developments.
Design, code, test, debug, modify, and document complex applications programs.
Implement complex in-house and vendor-supplied applications software.
Evaluate and recommend technical solutions for managing information systems.
Define data elements, design database structures, and write user guides and documentation.
Evaluate and analyze requests for complex enhancements or development projects.
Prepare and supervise formal system test procedures for complex application systems.
Prepare and monitor work plans and schedules to ensure project timeliness, data integrity, and availability.
