Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Electrical Engineer to join an EPC client in the New Orleans, LA area. This individual will lead Electrical, Instrument/Control Systems Engineers, Designers and Drafters in support of projects in Petrochemical, Refinery, and Midstream business lines. They will evaluate resources required for project execution and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure alignment with project plans, budget, expenses, etc.. They will ensure that all company procedures, specifications, standards, technical guidance's and work instructions relative to the E&I Department are followed.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's in electrical engineering
-Hands-on experience with SKM or ETAP
-5+ years of oil & gas and/or chemical plant experience
-Experience leading Electrical/Instrumentation/Control Systems projects
-Proficient in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Strong communication skills and must be a team player

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-PE License in the state of Louisiana
-EPC Consulting Experience
