Insight Global is seeking a Retail Floor Manager for one of our clients in New Orleans, LA. As a Floor Manager at a retail clothing store, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your duties will include supervising sales associates, managing inventory, and maintaining store presentation standards. You will also handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fashion. This role requires 25-30 hours per week. The store is open from 9:30am-7:30pm Mon-Sat and 9:30am-6pm on Sundays.
