Insight Global is looking for a leader in the clinical world to take on the role of Executive Director with one of the largest home health/hospice agencies in the country. The hospice Executive Director supervises all aspects of patient care, all activities of professional staff and allied health personnel, regulatory requirements compliance, financial performance, and quality assurance performance improvement activities for agency. The Executive Director will be available on-site during business hours and additionally, if needed. The agency coveres a 50 mile radius of the location, has around 75 employees, and the Executive Director will have about 5 direct reports. The targeted salary range for this position is anywhere from 115 - 150k yearly.
