Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AI Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior AI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive efficiency, enhance user experiences, and transform business processes. Your expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, coupled with your hands-on experience in AI development, will be instrumental in shaping our organizations AI strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AI development, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and machine learning.
Proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, .NET, and SQL Server.
Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or other relevant languages.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
Proven track record of delivering successful AI projects in an enterprise environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
