Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Service Desk Specialist to support their Federal client in a 24x7 environment. This person should be comfortable answering phone calls and resolving level 1 tickets while maintaining good customer service skills to support their customer. This person should possess an active Security Clearance, a Security+ Certification, and be open to working a flexible schedule if required. They should be able to work on site every day and possess a desire to be promoted into a role where a hybrid work schedule may be available.

Required Skills & Experience

· Active Secret Clearance

· IAT level 2 certification -- Security+

· Ability to communicate well on the phone, work on site 5 days a week, and flexible on hours.

· Service desk experience

1-3 years for midlevel
