A healthcare client is looking for a proactive, curious, and passionate senior Application Support Specialist to join their team. This role will be focused on troubleshooting applications, implementing upgrades, deploying new services, and communicating with other teams. It would be favorable for this person to have previous healthcare or mission critical type service. Although the role is mainly remote, this person must be local with a CA address to be easily available for on call duties every other week. This role consists of heavy documentation and this person must be familiar with Application Life Cycle.
- 5+ years of experience in an application support related role
- Strong experience with troubleshooting applications, implementing upgrades, deploying new services, and
- Experience working with Windows/PCs
