Job Description
A client based in New Orleans is looking for an Aptitude Solution Architect to join their team! This individual will support Accounting & Finance teams in Aptitude configuration, development, integrations, and security. Responsible for design, implementation, and support/maintain Aptitude processes * Lead in Development of Integrations and assist in any ETL required * Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of business-critical systems * Assist in development of a Governance Model for the Aptitude environment * Perform system analysis on break/fixes including root causes * Implement and recommend new functionality to better utilize system investment * Communicate cross-functional changes/solutions, provide feedback ensuring proper segregation of duties, advise stakeholders on security roles and best practice development/configuration designs, partner with business to provide scalable solutions, negotiate solutions to automate where possible, train users in Aptitude terminology and processes, assist in IFRS developments and new standards, assist in management of new projects/enhancement requests from initiation through post implementation support including configuration, manage multiple projects and initiatives relaying potential issues to the manager, communicate challenges and drive stakeholders to complete projects on time and on budget, identify requirements and milestones to complete projects/enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years industry experience in Financial Systems
- 3+ years experience with Aptitude including at least 1 Financial implementation
- College degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Business Management, Computer Science or a related degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of Aptitude with knowledge of IFRS implementation with Aptitude
