A large distribution company has 1 opening for a remote Technical Support Agent as a 6 month contract to hire. The Technical Support Agent will join a dynamic team transitioning to support more internal departments within the company, growing outside of IT only support. The candidate is required to sit in Eastern, Mountain, or Western time zones, due to the team needing additional support in areas outside of the Central time zone. This role will act as the primary liaison between IT and Human Resources, while supporting and maintaining the infrastructure of WorkDay as well as other internal user issues and tickets through a CRM tool.
