A client in New Orleans has 1 remote opening for a Mid to Senior Business Analyst to work on a large CRM Implementation. The CRM implementation is in the beginning phase of project planning. This project will impact the entire organization on how they conduct business and communicate internally with each other. The BA can expect to join a dynamic technical team, including; Developers, IT Project Managers, QA's, Solution Architects and Technical Delivery Leads. They will need to partner with other technical team members to ensure all needs are met by internal stakeholders, whom the project is directly affecting. The ideal candidate, has professional experience operating as a Business Analyst at a high level, and has been a part of a large enterprise platform implementation. They must be comfortable acting as a "self starter" while gathering requirements on their own, leading / presenting in meetings, and happy in a heavy customer / stakeholder interfacing role. This is a 6-Month Contract to Hire role, working Monday-Friday during CST hours sitting fully remote.
-Between 5-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst
-Previously participated in a CRM implementation or large enterprise platform implementation (ERP or Maintenance, SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce)
-Bachelor's Degree in related field
-Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
-Must be comfortable leading meetings, presenting to stakeholders (in various internal departments)
