Insight Global is looking for a Tier II Helpdesk/System Administrator for their IT Consulting client. This person will be responsible for taking care of their customers by solving their computer system and networking issues. This person will report onsite in Metairie and will also be responsible for going out to customer sites as needed and will be required to use one's own reliable vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed). This person will need to learn each customer's business and their software's/systems in order to provide the best support. This client has a range of customers across industries, Healthcare, construction, and financial services local to the New Orleans metro area including Baton Rouge.
* Excellent communication & customer service skills
* Experience Remoting in to different softwares and systems to troubleshoot and configure any issues
* Experience with Window, Microsoft365, and Intune
* Experience creating and completing tickets, troubleshooting computer/system issues to solve the customer's issues from start to finish
Experience with SyncroMSP for remote in access & troubleshooting and completing tickets
