Analyze and communicate market influencers and competitors that challenge our sales opportunities.
Develop competency to articulate the reasons to buy from Crescent Power Systems -- having a clear grasp of and ability to articulate our unique value-added brand.
Build the CPS pipeline with the timely identification and communication of cross-selling opportunities for project-related business development within commission business.
Gainfully review opportunities, and professionally pursue strategic alliances with partner clients and vendors.
Provide interface between the customer stakeholders and our internal team as needed.
Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related degree preferred)
6 years of demonstrated results in selling "solutions" to customers in industrial settings, with recent proven performance in the management of people, customers, and business.
Experience in complex sales environment involving multiple stakeholders.
For example: This professional should have a highly successful track record identifying, negotiating, and closing multi-million dollar capital project sales opportunities and a proven track record of personal and professional growth.
Strong customer-centric mindset and background.
Knowledge of contract negotiations and advanced ability to harness the value of the company's CRM and implement it as a tool for the greatest sales success.
Master's Degree (Business Administration preferred)
