An employer in the Louisville, KY area is looking to add a purchasing analyst onto their team. They will be responsible for conducting complex weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reviews for procurement activities. They will utilize both internal and external data to create reports. They will communicate with banking institutions and other vendors to resolve credit card and software issues and implement other improvements for procurement. They will also be responsible for maintaining the SOPs training system, and ensuring best procurement practices are being encouraged and followed throughout the organization.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business/ Economics/ communications etc.
· 3 years of finance accounting, AP, banking auditing or procurement experience
· Good customer service
· Excel skills
· Previous experience with financial reporting systems
· Workday experience
· 5/3rd bank
· Concur for travel expenses and reimbursements pivot
