• Lead civil site development projects from concept through construction
• Design and review grading, drainage, utility, roadway, and site development plans
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support permitting, cost estimates, site visits, and construction-phase activities
• Review submittals and ensure regulatory compliance
Mentor junior staff and support project planning, scheduling, and execution
Seeking a Civil Engineer (PE) to lead civil design efforts for large-scale commercial and industrial developments. This individual will be responsible for site development, grading, drainage, utility infrastructure, permitting, and construction support while working closely with clients, contractors, and project teams. The biggest priorities are PE licensure, strong Civil 3D skills, and commercial/industrial site development experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• BS in Civil Engineering (preferred) and active PE license
• 8-15 years of civil design experience
• Strong site development experience including grading, drainage, utilities, and land development
• Advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
• Experience with stormwater/civil design software
• Experience developing roadway and pipeline profiles and calculating earthwork quantities
• Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, agencies, and project teams
Ability to travel up to 25% and support field activities/construction sites

• Leadership, project coordination, or mentorship experience
• NPDES compliance experience
• Drainage reports and site improvement plan experience
• Resource planning, project management, or process improvement experience
• Industrial, manufacturing, food & beverage, data center, life sciences, or advanced technology project experience
Bluebeam and construction administration experience
