Insight Global is currently seeking a hybrid IT Business Analyst to join their team in Louisville KY. The IT Business Analyst acts as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and the software development team, ensuring clear and actionable documentation of functional, system, and process requirements. Maximum pay for this position is $54.30 per hour.
This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements through interviews, document reviews, surveys, site visits, workflow evaluations, and use case development. The analyst synthesizes information from multiple sources to understand business needs and translates them into effective application and operational specifications. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to lead projects or cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Experience
· Associate Degree or more with focus in IT/Business (ie: Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare, etc)
5+ years of experience as an Systems Analyst and an understanding of the concepts/how it works
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Electronic Health Records (EHR)/Revenue Cycle system experience
