Job Description

An employer is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a manufacturing facility in the Erlanger area. This role will support packaging operations by assembling, inspecting, and supplying corrugated boxes to production lines while maintaining quality, safety, and GMP standards. The Warehouse Associate will also assist with general production support and facility housekeeping as needed.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment performing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
Stand for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, twist, and stoop
Coachable attitude, able to follow both written and verbal instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Willingness to adhere to GMP, PPE, hygiene, and safety standards

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging experience
Experience working in a food manufacturing or ingredient production environment
Familiarity with GMP, PPE, hygiene, and safety standards
Experience supporting production lines and packaging operations
Experience working with a manual pallet jack
