Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a remote Construction Scheduler to support HVAC Controls projects by building and maintaining project schedules across multiple teams. This role will utilize Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to develop baseline schedules, track progress updates, and provide real-time visibility into project timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction sequencing, including vertical build processes (studs, conduit, drywall, etc.). Day-to-day responsibilities include leading scheduling updates, facilitating Teams meetings with project teams, and coaching project managers on best practices to improve schedule accuracy and performance. Candidates must be able to clearly communicate, work collaboratively in live scheduling sessions, and confidently present updates to stakeholders. Preferred candidates have prior experience working for a general contractor or exposure to mechanical, electrical, or controls contracting to better understand full project lifecycles. This role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, including the ability to resource-load schedules and work within a shared screen environment during team sessions.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1-3 years of experience in construction scheduling
• Prior experience in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Previous General Contracting (GC) experience
