Insight Global is looking for a TA Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the organization in developing best‑in‑class talent identification strategies that will enable the company to attract and recruit top talent to join their team. Required Skills & Experience
· Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, including job responsibilities, qualifications, and timelines
· Source candidates using a variety of channels such as internal databases, job boards, schools, and professional networks
· Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit for open roles
· Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate next steps in the hiring process
· Support recruiting initiatives such as diversity programs and early career hiring efforts
· Track and maintain recruiting data, ensuring accuracy in applicant tracking systems
· Assist in managing pre-employment processes (e.g., background checks, drug screens, and onboarding documentation)
· Collaborate with HR partners to support hiring needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
· Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and ensure a positive experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
· 2 – 5 years’ experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively
· Basic understanding of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques
· Experience recruiting for high-volume or entry-level roles preferred
· Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices is a plus
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
