Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a direct placement opportunity. In this role, the individual will independently lead end-to-end, client-facing implementations of behavioral health solutions. They will own project outcomes across scope, timeline, quality, and client satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, and client stakeholders. This person will serve as the primary point of contact for external clients, driving executive-level communication, project governance, escalations, and alignment on priorities. They will proactively identify risks, dependencies, and constraints, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure consistent execution across multiple concurrent projects. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for establishing project structure, delivery plans, and documentation standards - especially for new product implementations. The ideal candidate is a confident, composed leader who thrives in high-visibility environments, can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, and is comfortable holding internal and external stakeholders accountable through clear communication and follow-through.

Required Skills & Experience

• PMP certification required
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of experience managing projects or implementations in complex, cross‑functional environments
• Hands-on experience in Behavioral Health, including technology implementations and/or clinical or operational settings
• Proven ability to lead client-facing projects with executive-level visibility
• Experience implementing new products or first-time solutions
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience implementing healthcare IT or health‑tech software solutions
• Familiarity with working in government or public‑sector healthcare settings
• Hands-on experience with bed management systems and/or bed registries
• Experience working in the substance use and/or substance abuse space
