Job Description
A fortune 100 organization is seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer that will sit onsite in Bengaluru India for a long-term position. We are seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer who can work closely with executive leadership and technical teams to create the design, user flow, site mapping and responsive design for a variety of web and mobile apps. This individual should be experienced creating prototypes and mockups for a variety of end users who have varying levels of technical ability (from machine operators to IT Engineers). As a Lead, it is expected that you can work with executive stake holders to understand design requirements and then be able to architect and design a solution.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree (Masters Degree preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
8+ years of experience working on Front-End UI/UX development and design
5+ years of experience using Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch for wireframing and user workflows
Strong hands on experience with user centered design
Background in frontend software development using HTML, CSS3, SCSS, LESS, JavaScript, and Angular or React
Experience building reusable components/modules
Building websites that are business to customer facing
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Coming from a finance banking industry
