Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to manage operational processes to support the Sales organization and internal stakeholders. This includes monitoring and managing shared mailboxes to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries. The role involves assisting with pricing requests, approvals, and updates to maintain consistency and compliance. The coordinator will provide day-to-day operational assistance to Sales representatives, including troubleshooting and process guidance. They will partner with internal teams such as Marketing, IT, and Accounting to resolve issues and streamline workflows. Additionally, they will accurately input and maintain data in ERP, CRM, and other systems to ensure integrity and reliability. The position requires conducting regular audits of sales data, pricing, and processes to ensure adherence to company policies. The coordinator will also participate in testing new tools, system enhancements, and process changes to ensure smooth implementation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, collaborative, and has a strong bias for efficiency and performance.

Required Skills & Experience
• High School graduate
• 1–3 years in Sales Operations, Customer Service, or a similar role
• Knowledgeable in Excel and Word
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with ERP systems
• Technologically savvy with experience testing/deploying systems/tools with vendor partners
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
