Job Description
The Clinician is responsible for ensuring compliance with all required documentation, human trafficking screening protocols, and state, federal, and Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) regulations. On a daily basis, this role provides clinical guidance and support to Case Managers, Care Team Coordinators, Unit Supervisors, and direct care staff, advising the Care Team on mental health concerns and trauma-informed behavioral interventions related to their assigned caseload. The Clinician conducts comprehensive mental health assessments, delivers ongoing individual and group counseling sessions, and provides crisis intervention services as needed. Additionally, the Clinician screens for human trafficking concerns and collaborates closely with the Lead Clinician for supervision and clinical direction. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to trauma-informed care, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support the well-being and progress of youth in care.
Salary depends on years of experience: $61,275 - $63,275

Required Skills & Experience
Relevant Master's Degree
Current Independent Licensure - LPCC, LCSW, LMFT or other applicable Kentucky licensure
Can consider candidates that are license eligible within 3 years
