Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Consolidations Accountant for a full-time, direct-hire role based in Georgetown, KY. This position is part of the corporate accounting team and focuses on reporting oversight and analytics. This role does not involve general ledger or tax accounting functions, which are managed by separate teams. This is an on-site position requiring presence in the Georgetown, KY office four days per week. Ideally, we are seeking someone with a strong accounting background and experience supporting subsidiary/affiliate reporting within an enterprise environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes
• Perform intercompany reconciliations
• Execute consolidation processes for internal and external reporting (monthly, quarterly, year-end, and financial statement disclosures)
• Review and analyze subsidiary reporting
• Collaborate with subsidiaries on accounting and reporting matters
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process
• Manage lease accounting activities
• Conduct budget-to-actual variance analysis
• Perform technical accounting research and analysis
• Handle other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 6 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification or willingness to obtain
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in public accounting
• Background with Big 4 firms (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG)
• Hands-on experience with consolidation accounting
