Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Brisnet Sales Operations to be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies while managing key business relationships to drive growth of products and services. The Sales Operations Director is responsible for driving the performance and growth of the company’s eCommerce business, while overseeing lead generation, pipeline management, contract compliance, and the alignment of business processes across departments. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring that sales and eCommerce activities are optimized for growth, compliance, and efficiency. This role is responsible for driving performance, profitability, and customer experience across our digital platforms, while partnering with marketing and product teams to enhance acquisition and retention strategies. The Director will oversee lead generation and pipeline management, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts and maintaining visibility into pipeline health and conversion metrics. Additionally, this role will ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation in collaboration with legal and compliance teams. As a people leader, the Director will mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. A strong focus on operational excellence is essential, including the development of scalable processes, implementation of data-driven tools, and strategic forecasting in partnership with executive leadership. This is a full-time opportunity onsite in Louisville, KY with one of the leading companies in the gaming industry.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in sales operations, eCommerce management, or related leadership roles.
Proven success driving eCommerce performance and revenue growth.
Experience overseeing lead generation, pipeline management, and contract compliance.
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop cross-functional teams and establish SOPs.
