Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Product Delivery Manager who plays a critical role in ensuring the successful development and deployment of solutions that meet the evolving needs of B2B customers. This individual develops deep expertise in existing product features and maintains a thorough understanding of customer profiles to inform strategic planning. Collaborating closely with product owners, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Product Delivery Manager assesses market trends and customer feedback to guide enhancements that improve the player experience. They analyze incoming product requests, prioritize development efforts, and manage expectations around delivery timelines. Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, the role includes gathering detailed requirements and translating them into actionable Epics and User Stories for Scrum teams. The Product Delivery Manager partners with these teams throughout the sprint cycle, measuring outcomes against expectations and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders. Additionally, they oversee the product backlog, ensuring continuous refinement and prioritization to align with business goals. Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business or 5+ years experience working in Digital eCommerce in a B2C or B2B environment
Engineering and/or product experience delivering API-based software-as-a-service (SAAS) solutions to multiple customers in a high transaction environment.
Experience acting as a product owner, product manager or comparable role driving feature delivery
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience working with Jira and Confluence
Strong technical knowledge of back-end application and system technologies, including database, middle-tier and user interface layers
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Remote Gaming Service experience, particularly in developing casino games integrated with online casinos or sports books
Local to KY
Experience or passion in the horse racing industry
