Job Description
As an IT Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects—from initial definition through successful implementation. You will be responsible for ensuring that each project meets its defined scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. This role involves developing detailed project plans, driving key milestones, and maintaining clear and effective communication with both the project team and stakeholders. You will provide daily guidance to project resources, manage change effectively throughout the project, and ensure timely preparation of documentation, status reports, and budgets. Success in this role requires strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, and a high level of proficiency in project planning, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving. Expertise in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word is essential, with a dedicated focus on delivering impactful IT initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5 Years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
• Proficiency in core Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to pivot quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable leading meetings and presenting project updates when needed.
Analytical mindset with sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
