Insight Global is assisting a global manufacturer of luxury glassware in their search for an Quality Control Specialist that will be sitting in Louisville, KY. This role is responsible for investigating and resolving product issues on client sites, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the brands reputation for uncompromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the customer-facing representative for quality-related inquiries and concerns.
Conduct on-site visits to client facilities to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recurring issues and proposing process enhancements.
Provide technical support and training to clients regarding product handling and quality expectations.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

0-3 years experience in Quality, Packaging, Bottling lines, or Distilling
Communication with the customer - In person, via email, call, text, etc.
Experience performing audits in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
Experience in writing technical memos and conducting sample analysis.
Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies
Engineer/Science Bachelors degree. Ideally Packaging Engineer or food/science
Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
