Insight Global is currently seeking an HR Admin for a Direct-Hire opportunity here in Louisville KY. The pay range for this position is between $21-25/hr with bonuses. This company is a large, well-established environmental service company that focuses on reusable waste to energy. As an HR Admin, you will manage the HRIS (ADP) portal, ensuring information is updated and accessible. You'll handle employee onboarding, assist in recruiting, and maintain accurate HRIS data. Your responsibilities include processing I9 verifications, maintaining employee files, managing terminations, and overseeing leave-of-absence statuses. Additionally, you'll handle work anniversary recognition, respond to HR inquiries, ensure compliance with HR laws, and coordinate local office events.

- 3 years' experience within general human resources (preferably within manufacturing)
- Knowledge of principals, practices, laws with federal and state labor and employment
- HRIS knowledge & experience
MS Office (Word, Excel, PP, etc)
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, communications, or related degree
