An employer is looking for a Project Coordinator for a contract opportunity based out of Louisville, KY. This Coordinator will join a large organization and assist with the upgrade equipment efforts for their customers and must ensure that all details are accurately recorded. On a daily basis they will work out of a ticketing system to load the information and will be the main point of contact for the customer engagements whether that is through phone or email. They will also request access to sites and will ensure the process is ironed out for the field technicians to begin work at the scheduled appointment. In order to be successful in this role a candidate needs to have strong documentation, organization and customer service skills. It would also be helpful if they came from a technical background or understood the telecommunications industry.

1+ year of experience in a Project Coordination role
Proficient working with MS Office - Word, Excel and OneNote
Strong organization and attention to detail skills
Strong customer service experience
