Job Description

Day to Day:
A client is launching a new, company-wide Wellbeing Program focused on enhancing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial health of our global workforce. We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to design, build, and maintain an engaging, intuitive, and high-performance SharePoint Online site that serves as the central hub for this initiative. Key responsibilities include designing and developing a responsive SharePoint Online site, integrating multimedia and personalized content, and ensuring role-based access permissions. Maintenance involves monitoring performance, providing documentation, and setting up governance for content updates. Collaboration includes acting as the technical point of contact, troubleshooting issues, and sharing best practices.

starting pay begins at 35/hr. USD

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Qualifications & Skills
· Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer (25+ years), ideally in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
· Strong knowledge of SharePoint Modern UI, web parts, lists, libraries, metadata, and content management.
· Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) and integration with SharePoint.
· Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SPFx for customization when needed.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Communications.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Experience with branding, UX design, or employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
