Insight Global is seeking an Accountant to be responsible for a variety of general accounting activities across several key areas, including Accounts Receivable and Payable (AR & AP), Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, Global Financial Reporting, Internal Auditing, Inventory Control, and Payroll. Daily tasks will involve account reconciliation, month-end closing procedures, and assisting with the company's internal audit plan. The individual will also be involved in cost allocation, developing and enhancing inventory systems, and other general accounting tasks as assigned by management. Ensuring that all accounting work and deliverables adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is crucial. Additionally, the individual will assist in making sure that all necessary financial reports and disclosures comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and SEC requirements. Coordination with internal departments and external parties will be essential to support accounting processes and achieve company objectives. The individual will also identify and implement best practices to improve existing processes and accuracy.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting (strongly preferred) or equivalent related experience
- Related experience or training is strongly preferred
- Strong Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use and create complex formulas
