We are seeking a dynamic and strategic VP of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across the US regulated market. This role involves developing and executing the overall marketing strategy, managing customer segments to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to create a data-driven foundation for our marketing plans. The successful candidate will deliver marketing results and revenues in line with agreed KPIs, develop compelling value propositions to position this company as the operator of choice, and create strategic and tactical marketing plans to maximize growth and revenue opportunities. Additionally, the VP of Marketing will implement campaigns to engage the target audience, reduce player churn, and increase reactivation. Building strong relationships with third-party media agencies and affiliate networks is essential. A deep understanding of the racing & gaming revenue model, key stakeholders, and competitors is required, along with the ability to respond to competitive marketing strategies. The role also includes managing and developing a marketing team to enhance their contributions, overseeing a VIP team to optimize revenue, and providing insights into the product marketing roadmap. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent with strong aptitude and relevant experience.
5-10 years of experience in online gaming marketing
10+ years of experience in digital marketing
Strong understanding of retention and acquisition channels
