Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital equipment acquisition and implementation, with a focus on project engineering. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible writing capital expenditure requests, writes purchase order requisitions, manages budgets, adhere to timelines, and help with daily production support.

Compensation:

$110,000 to $125,000.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Project Engineering
Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering(Masters is a plus).
Capital equipment acquisition and implementation project work
Must have working knowledge of electrical control systems that make equipment and production lines function (PLCs, VFDs, control panel components, field devices, safety circuits)
AutoCad experience (currently using Autocad 2025 and Autocad LT 2025),

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks expertise is highly desired.
