Insight Global is seeking a HRIS UKG Specialist to join a growing team supporting the creation of the brand-new manufacturing plant in Glendale, KY. This individual is responsible for understanding and analyzing the clients workforce management needs, designing, and implementing tailored UKG solutions to optimize time and attendance, scheduling, and labor management processes. They provide expert consultation on best practices, ensuring the effective use of the solutions, and offer comprehensive training and support to end-users. Additionally, they manage technical configurations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with project managers to ensure successful and timely project delivery. Their role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and productivity within the manufacturing sector. This is a contract opportunity targeting a pay rate between $40/hr-$50/hr.

- Experience building UKG, UKG analytics, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), or UKG talk
- 3-5 years of UKG experience and able to offer suggestions to optimize efficiency
- Experience implementing UKG with large employee populations (1,000+)
- MSP or partnership experience with enterprise level companies
- UKG Certification, UKG Pro Certification, or UKG Dimensions Certification
- Bachelors degree
- Automotive Manufacturing Industry Experience
- Battery Manufacturing Industry Experience
- Local to Glendale, KY
