Day to Day:
In this role, the individual meets with users to understand their needs, evaluates possible solutions, and analyzes the impact of changes and modifications to the organizations applications. They manage the support ticket backlog, prioritizing effectively to meet client service levels. Additionally, they track project status and update related documentation, supporting the continuous creation and updating of support materials. By identifying trends in issues, they proactively suggest options to prevent future occurrences. They analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives and recommend solutions to improve business process efficiency. The role involves providing ongoing support to both internal business users and external customers, maintaining relationships with IT, business, and external resources. They test program changes for impact in the development environment and maintain system software through upgrades and enhancements. Furthermore, they manage or administer application configurations and troubleshoot or resolve application issues, often collaborating with IT resources and customers in the resolution process. Minimum pay starts at 25/hr.
