Insight Global is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist a leading insurance agency based in Louisville, Kentucky. This individual will report directly to the lead insurance agent and will be handling all inquiries from current clients and new customers. The daily responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
*Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
*Provide information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
*Assist new customers in signing up for policies
*Assist customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, and payment processing.
*Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
*Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
This individual will be required to work on-site, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position with the possibility to earn bonuses/commission when you begin the role. The bonus structure includes 3% of whatever policies this individual sells.
The hourly compensation for this individual is $24/hr with the potential to make commission.

*3+ years of experience in a customer service position
*Obtains a Property and Causality Insurance license
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
