A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a tier 1 av technician out of the Louisville area. This person will be onsite 5 days a week, 8-5, at one of their client locations in Downtown Louisville. This person will be responsible for break fix maintenance of the hardware and software in the conference rooms while also interfacing with the client to provide end user support. This person will also be responsible for larger scale environments such as auditoriums to support any live events or presentations.

1-2 years of experience providing AV support for conference rooms and auditoriums.
Break fix support, functional testing, troubleshooting hardware and software, etc
Experience working in a client facing environment
Managing live events via zoom etc
