We are looking for an entry-level Scrum Master to join our team of 15 people and help us fully implement Scrum methodology using Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will spend 90% of their day running various Scrum Agile methodology meetings and assisting in the transition to a full Scrum implementation. This person will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Scrum ceremonies, as well as scheduling and conducting retrospectives to enhance Agile practices. The ideal candidate will have a self starter/ assertive personality that is able to hold team accountable to completing task in a timely and efficient manner.

6 months - 1 year of utilizing the Azure DevOps tool
1-2 years of experience with Agile scrum methodology experience or knowledge - Freshly graduated is acceptable
Self-starter/assertive and direct personality
Scrum Master or Agile Certification.
