Insight Global is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to join our growing payroll team within the spirits/CPG industry. As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will play a crucial role in configuring payroll systems, managing attendance, and driving inquiries, projects, and initiatives within the payroll space. This position requires expertise in Dayforce, Salesforce, and HRIS SuccessFactors. As a Senior Payroll Analyst, youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing time/attendance records, resolving discrepancies, and providing timely follow-up. Additionally, youll take a lead role in payroll-related projects and initiatives, driving process improvements. Leveraging Dayforce, Salesforce, and HRIS SuccessFactors. About 80% of daily tasks are automated through the system and 20% will require hands-on support for complex payroll issues and escalation

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll analysis, with a focus on system configurations.
-Proficiency in Dayforce, Salesforce, and HRIS SuccessFactors.
